i have just got my own little home gym setup looks like

http://armourfit.com.au/fitness-equipment/bodyworx-home-gym-150lb/prod_514.html

but with a rowing thing on the side. As you can tell i am new to the excercize world i am a very keen dirt bike rider and have hit my limit of riding without hitting the gym i am looking for a programme i can do on this at home that will build me up fast i have some BIG races coming up in 6 months and i want to WIN :) not likley but good to think about i am an enduro rider so i do 1000's of kilometers so im guessing i dont need heavy weights just lighter weights and more reps anyone got any advice on what i should be doing/how often

Re:need a workout programme that suits me

Nutrition, Boxing and Core exercises.
If you want to use weights, keep them at a level where your able to do 3 x 20-25 sets of a compound exercise. Do upper body one day, lower body the next, mix it up with some boxing training and have 2 days off a week to rest, the combination of weights and boxing will keep your body stimulated and build your endurance and strenght, the boxing will also have an aerobic benefit.
Good Luck
