Explanation:

There will be ridden for 7 minutes – 3.5 minutes in SP and 3.5 minutes in DP. During the 7 minutes there will be ridden 4 times standing of 30 seconds each apportioned with two times in each pace.

This program's advantage is that it is simple and that time flies. It will work best if music with a quick tempo is picked for SP and music with a slow tempo is picked for DP, hence minimising the transition between the two tempi.

Recommended music tempo = 120-140 BPM
