The participants will be paired. One of them will be the captain for the first two minutes and subsequently the roles will switch. When the captain is riding standing the other person will have to sit and accelerate. When the captain sits down to accelerate the other person will rise and 'relax' and this will continue.
This can easily continue for more than two minutes, but you have to be aware that it will quickly get quite demanding because of the competitive element.
The program is suited for a wide target group, but you have to be aware that not everybody likes the idea of working together with another person.
Recommended music tempo = 120-140 BPM (everything)
