Working out with the exercise ball is a great way to strengthen all of the muscles in the body. Especially the core muscles that assures a nice looking posture is being challenged and exercised. Besides strengthening the abs and back muscles, the ability to coordinate movements and balance are improved. Eventually several different exercises and programmes are available on different levels. This programme is designed for the advanced and more experienced practitioners.
