Antagonizer - Back and Bi

This program is for those who are in good shape, but want to get into even better shape. The sets work like this. You do 1 set of current exercise your on, then immediately go to ab crunches on the ground or on a bench. Then immediately back to the exercise your on, and then right back to crunches. Then rest for a minute or so. These are called quad sets (quad=4). Your doing 4 sets in a row without rest, and then once done with the 4th set you rest for a minute, then do it again. This is very powerful and will ignite your metabolism and greatly increase insulin sensitivity.
