Ball/core fitness ( intermediate and advanced )

This programme can be done in a fitness centre as well as at home, it just requires a large exercise ball. Ball exercising is targeted exercising of your muscle corset that forms the basis of all body movements; moreover, this kind of exercising strengthens the body functions, giving you a fine posture, a strong back and a flat abdomen. Remember that when exercising on the ball, quality is much more important than quantity; it is better to do 2 repetitions correctly than 10 wrongly. Always remember to draw your navel inward towards your spine, flex your pelvis and make your back “long” and straight. All exercises are to be completed slowly and controlled.
