Beginners’ programme

This programme primarily addresses beginners who have not previously done any fitness or workout. Always start a fitness session with a warm-up, for instance 15 minutes of fitness cycling, machine rowing or treadmill running. The beginners’ programme includes machine exercising because it is a fine and easy way of getting to know the movements and build a basic strength. Loads/weights are individual but as a main rule, a weight should be used that allows you to complete exactly the indicated number of sets and repetitions.
