Exercise & Stability Ball Routine
Exercise ball routine for a full body workout.
Perform 3 sets of 15 20 reps for each exercise. Perform all sets and reps for each exercise, before you move on to the next exercise.
Try to keep rest time between sets under 20 seconds.
If you are a beginner or you find this ball routine to be too much of a challenge, start out with 1 set of 15 reps and work up to 3 sets.
