This programme targets users at an intermediate level, and can beneficially be done 2-3 times a week. The programme requires some technical knowledge of different exercises and a reasonable, basic condition. It is recommended that you exercise with exactly so much weight that you can complete exactly the indicated number of repetitions and sets.
