This programme is designed for exercising your back muscles and can be used by beginners as well as intermediate and advanced users. If you wish to use the programme after a possible injury or other back-related problems, it is recommended that you consult your own physician before starting. Loads/weights are individual but as a main rule, a weight should be used that allows you to complete exactly the indicated number of sets and repetitions.
