A firm and tight bum, has always been popular for men as well as women. Making your backside appear to be an advantage can be hard, but actually it is possible to shape your thighs and buttocks the way you want, if you chose the right exercises. Most women are provided with a bit more body fat around the hips than men, due to mother nature. This is the reason why some women need to exercise a bit harder to shape their bum. Doing both cardiovascular exercise and strength training, you are able to shape your legs, thighs and buttocks at the same time.
