Lose Weight and Feel Great

This program is a 7 day routine. While most of it is compound exercise it will help with overall fat loss and feeling great. It's a good idea to spend at least 30 minutes a day exercising and sweating. This exercise weight loss program will help you acheive that. Week 1: 6-8 reps 4 sets- Muscle Mass Week 2: 12-15 reps 3-4 sets - Definition Week 3: 1-3 reps 5 sets - Power Week 4: 8-10 reps
