Balanced Lower Body Compound Exercises to aid muscle growth to compliment bodyfat loss. To be used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet to reduce bodyfat yet maintain lean muscle tissue. 1 R.M. = your 1 Repetition Max, eg: 1 R.M. = 100 kg therefore 80% of your 1 R.M. = 80 kg.
