It is never too late to start exercising; and the senior age is as good a time as ever! No more long working hours and stressfull weekdays, now there is time for other activities. Having reached this age, it is important to make an effort to stay healthy, active and maintain flexible joints and tendons. Doing exercises that challenges balance and coordination, prevents falling accidents etc. Lots of health clubs offers specific senior-classes, but if you prefer to workout on your own, this is a perfect program to begin with.
