The primary aim of this program is to arrange the workout to create a nice feeling of strength, energy and balance in the body. Remember to observe whether your body is being challenged when exercising or if you need to use heavier weights or do more repetitions. Focus on breathing thoroughly during the work out and do not hesitate to rest in between exercises to catch your breath.
