Workout routines for pregnant can be done with a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, a stability ball, dumbbells, barbells, or body weight. Strength training is safe and beneficial during pregnancy. You will only need to slightly modify your routine so that you don't lie on your back, your balance is not compromised. Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program during pregnancy.
