Arm-standing neck bend w/ball

Description

Stand arms stretched, hands put on the floor shoulder-width apart, legs on the ball. Find the neutral position of your pelvis, pull your navel inward and "flatten" your abdomen. Lift your head till it extends your body and pull your chin inward. Slowly bend your head backward and then back to initial position.
