Adjust your seat so your leg is almost stretched when the pedal is in front. Choose a program and press start. Grab the handles under the seat. Press the pedals in turns, forwards and backwards in circles. For a higher intensity, enhance the speed or adjust the resistance by pressing the – and + keys. Press stop to end the program.
