Buttock twist stretch 2

Description

Lie on the back with one leg bent and lifted from the ground. Grasp the knee with opposite arm. Pull carefully down towards the ground until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise with opposite leg.
