Lie face down, legs stretched, knees just below seat edge. Fix your upper body by grasping the handles. Push one ankle against the ankle cushion and bend your knee joint as much as possible before slowly lowering back. Avoid lifting your pelvis off the bench. Repeat the exercise with your other leg.
