Description

Stand on your right leg, put your left foot on a chair or the like, bending your hip and knee about 90 degrees. Bend your upper body forward as far as possible and hold the outer position for 1-2 seconds. Return to initial position and repeat the exercise. Try to reach further for every repetition. Your standing leg is kept constantly stretched.
