Hamstrings Stretch 1

Sit with one leg stretched and the other leg bent to the side. Place your foot along the inner thigh of the stretched leg. Lean forwards over the stretched leg, and grasp the ankle with your hands until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise with opposite leg.
