Hamstrings stretch 2

Sit on the floor with legs stretched and feet together. Lean the upper part of your body forwards, and stretch your arms towards your toes until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. For further stretch, grasp your ankles and bend the elbows.
