High chest stretch

Stand in a door opening with staggered legs. Bend your arms and support them against the sides of the door opening. Lean forwards until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Let your arms slide further up the door frame until the arms are stretched. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds.
