Leg lift 4 standing on all fours

Description

Stand on all fours. Lift one leg and stretch it till it extends your body. From that position, lower your leg about 10 cm and lift it again. Lower and lift your leg a few times and repeat with opposite leg. Note: Only your hip moves.
