Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar. Lie with your head to the wall bar, both handles in one hand. Your arm lies flat on the floor away from your body, elbow bent 90 degrees. Rotate your shoulder joint to lift your forearm from the floor while keeping your upper arm at the same position. Slowly return to initial position and repeat. Change arms.
