Description

Lie on your back on the ball, arms above your head, firmly grasping the wall bar. Lift your legs till your hips are bent 100-120 degrees, knees slightly bent. Lift your pelvis straight up towards the ceiling without swinging your legs. Slowly lower and repeat.
