Neck stretch 2

Stand with back straight and look straight ahead. Take one arm behind your back and grasp around the wrist with the other hand. Pull your arm further down, and tip your head carefully towards your shoulder in the same direction, until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise to the other side.
