Neck stretch 3

Sit on a bench with back straight. Place one arm down across your abdomen, and grasp your wrist with the other hand. Pull your arm down to the side carefully, and tip your head down slowly to the same side, until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise to the other side.
