Stand with your side to a low bench, hands at your sides. Cross the outer leg before your other leg and put your foot on the bench. Both legs must be stretched. Lean your upper body towards the bench to feel the outside of your thigh and hip stretching. Hold for 15-20 seconds and change legs.
