Pelvis lift w/knee stretching

Description

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet on the floor. Flex your buttocks muscles and lift your pelvis and lower back. Hold the position and stretch one leg. Hold that position for 3-5 seconds and slowly lower back. Repeat with opposite leg.
