Pelvis raise w. ball

Description

Lie on your back, legs bent, ball between your knees. Squeeze the ball by flexing the inner side of your thighs and flexing your buttocks. Raise your pelvis from the floor so that your back does not touch the floor. Slowly lower to initial position.
