Shoulder rotation on ball, lying face down

Description

Lie face down on the ball. Hold dumbbells in your hands and lift your arms sideways. Let your arms hang to the floor, elbows bent 90 degrees. At both initial and final position, your shoulder blades are pulled together. Keep your upper arms motionless and rotate the dumbbells up and forward. Slowly lower back and repeat.
