Shoulder stretch 2

Description

Sit on a bench with back straight. Place one arm in front of your chest against the opposite shoulder, and pull your elbow with the other hand until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise with opposite arm.
