Side neck stretch 1

Sit on your knees with back straight. Let one hand hang downwards, and hold around your head with the other hand. Pull your head down carefully towards your shoulder, until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise to the other side.
