Single leg stretch

Lie on your back with one leg stretched upwards, and the other leg is held close to the body with your knee bent. Pull your navel in to the spine and press loin down against the floor. Breathe out slowly, and lift your head and upper part of the body up towards your knee. Breathe in, while returning to initial position. Repeat the exercise with the opposite leg bent.
