Soleus leg stretch

Description

Stand with staggered legs and your front against a wall. Both legs must be bent, keeping heels on the ground, and support hands against the wall. Lean forwards carefully, until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise with opposite leg position.
