Stand with one foot on the middle of the elastic band and put your other foot well before it. Hold one arm behind your head, both handles in your hand, your upper arm pointing to the ceiling, your elbow fully bent. Keeping your elbow motionless, push your arm upward till it is fully stretched. Change arms.
