Description

Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar and around the ankle of your active leg. Stand with your side to the wall bar, supporting yourself against it by one hand. In initial position, your leg is moved a little towards the wall bar. Now pull your leg before and past your standing leg. Change legs.
