Description

Stand with your side to the machine, firmly grasping the handle, elbow bent 90 degrees and under arm pointing out from your body. Rotate your shoulder inward till your under arm is tight to your abdomen and across it. Keep your elbow tight to your body during the entire exercise. Change arms.
