Description

Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar and around the ankle of your active leg. Stand with your back to the wall bar, your hands put to your sides. In initial position, your leg is stretched a little backward. Now pull your leg forward and up. Both hips and knees are bent in final position. Change legs.
