Standing one-arm cable cross w/elastic band 2

Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar, standing side to it. Hold both handles in one hand, elbow slightly bent, arm hanging a little sideways. Pull your arm diagonally forward and up to the opposite side. Slowly return to initial position and repeat. Change arms.
