Description

Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar. Stand with your side to the wall bar, firmly grasping the handle with your outer hand, holding your arm before your body. Elbow slightly bent, lift your arm sideways and up. Slowly lower back and repeat. Change arms.
