Description

Fasten the elastic band low at the wall bar. Stand with both handles in one hand, back to the wall bar. Hold your arm behind your head so that your upper arm points to the ceiling and your elbow is fully bent. Keeping your elbow motionless, push upward till your arm is fully stretched. Slowly lower back. Change arms.
