Fasten the elastic band at the bottom of the wall bar. Stand with your feet apart, facing the wall bar, a handle in each hand. Hold your arms stretched forward before your body and pull the handles diagonally up and backward. At final position your elbows are bent 90 degrees and your arms are lifted to shoulder level. Slowly return to initial position and repeat.
