2-day split programme ( Day 2 )

The programme is a split programme which means that muscles are divided into groups and exercised on different days during the week. The programme can be used by beginners as well as users in an intermediate or advanced level. Day 1 exercises: Back, biceps, abdomen and legs (squat). Day 2 exercises: Chest, shoulders, triceps and calves. To get the best result of your exercising, it is recommended that you exercise with exactly so much weight that you can complete exactly the indicated number of repetitions and sets.
