描述

侧对着墙站着,右手插在腰间,左前臂放着墙上,然后向着墙推骨盆,同时保持上身不动,保持姿势1到2秒,再慢慢降低回到原位,每次重复都尽量使程度增加。该练习是基于站立扩展练习的。
