描述

躺着,扶着头部,颈部和背部上方放到长椅外面。用一只手扶着头部,然后向里收下巴,头部向后。接着手部移开,现在尽量向后弯曲头部,并让其自然悬着约30秒。再抬起来,用手托着,使整个身体滑到长椅上。起身之前请先躺几分钟。
