趴着,双腿伸直,膝盖放到座垫边缘,抓住把手固定好身体,一边脚踝靠着脚踝垫,然后向上推脚踝,并尽量弯曲膝盖,再慢慢降低。请避免骨盆离开长椅。换腿重复动作。
